Science Crossroads 2019: meet the new ISI Fellows and the Lagrange Prize – CRT Foundation 2019 winners!

Three new researchers are joining the ISI Fellow program for 2019-2022.

They are: Tina Eliassi-Rad (Khouri College of Computer Sciences, Northeastern University, Boston, US), Leo Ferres (Universidad del Desarrollo, Santiago, Chile) and Manish Saggar (Stanford University School of Medicine, Stanford, US).

This is the seventh round of ISI Fellow, a program that selects top international scholars to be external members of the ISI Foundation research community. They will collaborate on scientific problems that span across disciplines (math, physics, biology, social sciences, humanities) in the pursuit of breaking new grounds at the forefront of complex systems and network science, data and computational science, information technologies, computational epidemiology & public health, and statistical physics.

ISI Fellows are awarded this title for three years, along with funding support to spend visiting period at the ISI Foundation and foster the collaboration with ISI resident scientists. New ISI fellows will be officially presented Friday 18th October at the “Science Crossroads” meeting at CRT Foundation in Torino. Lagrange Prize – CRT Foundation 2019 winners Ian D. Couzin and David Gruber will join the event.
